A builder is not a dealer
This distinction is worth making clearly, because it is the single most useful thing to understand about who we are.
A dealer or agent
Sells units in projects built by other people. They publish their own pages about a project, earn a commission on sales, and move on. They cannot tell you about the concrete, because they were not there when it was poured.
A builder and developer
Designs and constructs the project, then sells it directly. The building is their reputation, not just a product in their catalogue. They can answer structural questions because they made those decisions.
